This is a gorgeous example of holly and ivy. I really LOVE that card, too. I'm really enjoying this series and loving how you interpret the prompt each day.
BTW, I finally went to Julie's Scrapbook and saw the prompts. I have to say, her version of Day 7's bells were the ones I was thinking of and was quite surprised since I had never heard that song you shared with us.

I did'nt realise it, till l looked it up...There are six verses to said carol...Here's the sixth one..

Hi Willie, firstly, let me say how sorry I am that your comment is not posted as you would wish. Blogger doesn’t want to play this morning, so I’ve had to cut and paste your words.
I’ve heard that Ivy can be very clinging so it’s probably a good job you extricated yourself from that relationship!
I’ve sung those words many a time and just assumed the organist was merry!
I’ve never met Holly, so I can’t comment, but it’s certainly a pretty name.
Is it raining in Blandford? Our garden is under water, so I'm guessing the roads will be impassable in places. x
No! Not raining...but wind...Jeeeeese! It took me three laps of Lidl's carpark, to get back to the car, when l came out..! :). But my daughter send me a text of the snow up in Stoke~On~Trent where she lives...and it's bad further north!
I'm just finishing up my coffee and a piece of almond slice..off to do a few cards now! I always cut them up into quarters....l find that way they go further...! :0).

Beautiful! The perfect Christmas-y post. Funny, as I read through the comments and got to one of yours, Barbara. I said to myself, this is NOT Barbara, but it certainly sounds like Willie. And then I decided maybe you had to 'edit' out a naughty word, lol. Good to learn the sixth verse.
Blogger had a meltdown and refused to post Willie’s comment I’ve no idea why – I could have understood it if there had been naughty words but there wasn’t a one. The only thing I could think of was to post it as me. I needn’t have worried as Willie tried again, and it worked fine. Thanks for your comment Marcia, I appreciate you coming over to say hello.
