  3. I'm going to think more seriously about what I place between book pages from now on. I'd love to find something like that old insurance ad. The art work is beautiful. Now I'm off to open a few old books I have on my shelves just to see if there are any treasures stored inside them.

  4. I hope you find something! I buy large quantities of books some covered in dust and unopened for years. One of my ‘best buys’ was a quantity of books that had been put in boxes and left in a lock-up for more than 50 years. The owner had closed down his bookshop all that time ago but decided to store the books to see if he could get a better price for them. I was happy to pay him far more than he expected to get.
