Hi Thea, it is a shame they live so far away, but it makes holidays and times spent together even more precious. I’m pretty sure we would never have visited Australia if they did not live there. Do you get out to NZ very much? xx

DeleteHello dear Barbara, that has to be the sweetest idea I have seen in ages...your precious butterfly baby picture. It must have been quite a procedure to get the little footprints on the page like that. Your grand-daughters are so very sweet., what a wonderful blessing. Facebook is just marvelous for keeping in touch easily with separated family. Such an simple way to leave a message, see pictures & keep up with the day to day things...which really, are the most important bits. Every blessing to you all. Much love Catherine x0x0x
ReplyDeleteHello Catherine, I often wonder how we managed before Facebook, thank goodness for Mark Zuckerber and his colleagues! I know Facebook sometimes gets a bad press, but it’s a brilliant way for families to stay in touch. Thank you for all your kind words. xxx
DeleteThat's one of the most moving and uplifting posts I've read for a very long time, Barbara. What very beautiful children and how very blessed you all are. xx

~ Yes the likes of face book does come into it's own with such distances as Australia!! It must have been terrible in days gone by waiting for Mr postman to deliver news from our families so far away...
~ Those little faces are just adorable! YOU are indeed a lucky Nanny!
Hugs and autumnal kisses xx Maria x
Thank you Maria! I could not agree more – I am a VERY lucky Nanny. Autumnal hugs and kisses are always nice – so here are some for you. 0xxx0xxx0
DeleteOh goodness, they could not be any cuter!!
ReplyDeleteGuess what? I agree! xxxx
DeleteThey really are gorgeous - I love the photos at the wedding. I think the one of Lilly Grace is good enough to use professionally - it reminds me of the posters I'd put on my bedroom wall when I was a teenager. The butterfly picture is wonderful - you have a lot of artistic talent there!
ReplyDeleteHi Sharon, our daughter-in-law is very artistic, and it looks as though the girls are going to follow in her footsteps. She also took the ‘photos so will be delighted by your comment.
DeleteThanks so much for calling in. Barbara.
So sweet! Both the babies and thoughtfulness of their Mommy and Daddy. Thank you for sharing.
