Christmas Baubles.... By PookyH...(edited by ME)..
Oh! Christmas tree, Oh! Christmas tree, Each bell and bauble’s Special to me. Each has a story Of its own; And through the years, The number’s grown. And now my tree Is laiden, heavy, But I can’t bear Not to place every Decoration on my tree, Every one is dear to me...!
I~Love~Marmite....!!! :). But then l like all savoury things, at dinner parties, l always put out 6~8 cheeses, salamis, chorizo, olives..etc..all placed on my 'toilet seat' cheese board...don't ask...long story! :).
Last Sunday l did the crib...looking good, no tree, have'nt had a tree since my daughter went off to Uni..Goodness! Last century! :). So l keep my baubles..under wraps..so to speak! "Ding~Dong~Merrily....oooops! Sorry! :(.
Do you know that during my two week holiday at home, that my husband and I are going to binge watch some of our favorite British shows? What would Christmas be like without the tradition and beauty of the humor and fun that comes from England! HELLO, BARBARA!
Hello Anita, that sounds like the perfect way to enjoy your holidays! We will be doing much the same so will think of you. I hope your weekend is festive, hugs Barbara
So funny! Mr Bean is always so funny! Again, you made my day, Barbara! I do like Marmite -especially with lashings of butter on Ryvita.... strange, I know.....
I don't find him all that funny. I guess I prefer the dry British humor to his rather slap-stick way of prancing around. I did smile a couple of times when he plugged the lights in, though. Thanks for sharing Mr. Bean, but I guess I know why I was late today.
I really can't cope with Mr Bean. My partner loves him - and I want to smack him.
ReplyDeleteOh that is a shame; hopefully tomorrows post will be more to your liking. :)
DeleteMr Bean is rather like Marmite........ I'm afraid I don't like Mr Bean, but, however, I did watch and did smile.
ReplyDeleteJulie xxxx
You are absolutely right Julie, I can't stand marmite but Mr. Bean always makes me laugh. xxx
DeleteMr Bean....Brilliant! :).
ReplyDeleteWhat about Baubles then....

Tell me Willie do you like marmite? (see Julie’s comment above)
DeleteI love the Christmas Baubles poem, edited by you. :0 )
I’ve not put all out baubles on this year because the poor tree was swamped last year but everything that is on there has a memory attached. x
